B. In case you missed the deadline due to the delays caused by the writer's end will result in a complete refund. However, if the delays are caused by your end, we will not be liable to make any refund.
C. If the amount has been deducted more than one time due to technical glitches, we are bound to pay back the extra deducted amount.
D. Revision policy does not apply if the order has been canceled after 24 hours of post-order placement. If the writer has started working on the order, you cannot cancel the order and demand any money back.
E. We guarantee clients to deliver a top-notch quality essay! However, we cannot commit an A+ in the paper. But we make sure that we give our 100% from our end. In case if you do not achieve your desired grade - the money cannot be refunded.
F. We recommend clients seek revision on the content instead of claiming a refund. However, if the client is not satisfied even after the revision, we can refund the amount of the client.
G. Although the document goes under rigorous quality checks to make sure that it contains no plagiarism. But in case any plagiarism is encountered, we are committed to refund the entire amount.
H. The client is kept in the loop to avoid any uncertain circumstances in the end. In case if the client was updated with the draft, before delivering the final file, no refund will be applicable.
I. Customers are required to be practice active communication instead of ghosting the support representatives. We do not apply a refund policy if the client has not been actively responding to the support team.
J. We reserve the right to amend the refund policies without the issuance of any notice.
